One of these measures, taken by the Sarigianni family in 2003, was the decision to open Mink Farm Bros, a family-run farm where farmed fur animals would receive excellent care. Today, Mink Farm Bros, located in Kaloneri, Greece, is a well-established provider of raw materials that adopts a strict animal welfare policy and is recognized for its exceptional quality fur skins.
Mink Farm Bros applies the national and the European legislation, following all welfare standards and regulations for fur farming that are being contemplated in and based on independent scientific research. We do take in serious consideration our farm certification as well. Each year we strive to achieve the highest results in animal well-being and health condition, rearing animals condition, farm hygiene, breeding, environmental management, feed management and our training and preparing for exceptional situations.
Our mink farm has set unquestionable ethics regarding the care the animals receive, the conditions they are brought up in and how the farm in general is run.

In order to achieve that and breed the healthiest animals in the most appropriate way, we have optimised the environmental conditions on our fur farm and we run several quality assurance controls through the year.
